Lazada Indonesia, one of Southeast Asia's largest e-commerce platforms, needed a fully fitted, brand-reflective workspace at Capital Place, Kuningan. Intermulti Kreasi delivered a complete interior design and build — from structural coordination and M&E to custom furniture, meeting rooms with hand-painted murals designed in-house, and a structural slide connecting floors 2 and 1. In line with Lazada's corporate sustainability direction, eco-friendly materials were specified throughout the fit-out. The communal open-space area was purpose-designed for a Gen Z workforce. Every element was coordinated with the building team and our structural consultant, and delivered within 16 weeks.

Foundation & Structure
M&E installation, A/C coordination, structural reinforcement for slide, partitions, ceiling systems, and surface finishes. Full building management coordination throughout.
Interior & Finish
Custom workstations, meeting rooms with Intermulti-designed murals, structural slide installation (Fl. 2 → 1), Gen Z communal open space, and final snagging.
The challenge
The structural slide connecting floors 2 and 1 required reinforcement calculated and verified with our partner structural consultant before any opening was cut. The element that made the design distinctive was also the one carrying the most structural risk.
Coordination ran across several parties at once: the building team, the structural consultant, and Lazada's own divisions, each with input on the murals, the communal area, and the slide. The design also shifted partway through construction. Because design and build sat under a single contract, those changes were absorbed into the programme rather than renegotiated, and the 16-week schedule held.

- Mechanical & Electrical — complete M&E installation including lighting, power, and data
