Skintific, one of Indonesia's fastest-growing skincare brands, needed a fully fitted workspace at Menara Prima, Kuningan that would match their dynamic, modern identity. Intermulti Kreasi delivered a complete interior fit-out — from mechanical & electrical works to custom-crafted furniture — within a tight pre-Eid deadline. When the client added scope mid-project, the team absorbed it without delay and handed over every element before the holiday.

Foundation
M&E installation, structural partitions, ceiling systems, and surface finishes across the full 1,000 sqm floor.
Fit-Out
Custom furniture, 156-pax workstation system, logo backdrop feature wall, and final snagging — completed before Eid.
The challenge
Design and approval were still running while construction had already begun, a sequence that normally forces either a pause or a compromise on quality. Instead the floor was split into two phases, so approved areas could be built while the remaining drawings were still being finalised.
The occupied side of the floor stayed in use throughout. A sealed partition separated the working area from the construction zone to contain dust and noise, allowing the tenant to keep operating on the same floor for the full duration rather than relocating during the fit-out.
