SGMW Indonesia engaged Intermulti Kreasi for a full workspace reset — reassessing the existing office layout, refreshing key furniture, and reconfiguring the floor plan to better support their team's evolving needs. The result: a modernised workspace that maximises efficiency without a full fit-out cost.

The challenge
The relocation included moving a heavy safe from the previous office. That single item shaped the structural scope: the receiving floor area needed reinforcement sized to carry it, and both the layout and the reinforcement design had to clear building management approval before work could start.
That approval became the longest stretch of the project. The building reviewed loading calculations and placement in detail before granting permission. Because the reinforcement sat on the critical path, the schedule only held if approval landed on time. It did, and the fit-out was handed over on schedule.
